BYC Mission

The Bohicket Yacht Club was formed to promote safe boating and cruising and social activities at Bohicket Marina.

BYC was organized in July, 2004, in conjunction with remodeling and renaming of the marina village. We are a member of the Yachting Club of America, and listed in the YCA 1st quarter 2005 newsletter.

The Marina is located about 12 miles south of Charleston, South Carolina. We are on Bohicket Creek, a deep water river off the North Edisto River, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW).
